WePDF (wepdf.co) is operated by Muhammad Faisal. References to “WePDF”, “we”, and “our” refer to this service and its operator. Contact: [email protected].

By using WePDF, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

WePDF provides PDF editing and conversion tools, AI document chat, media transcription, translation, and study tools. Features and usage allowances depend on your plan. Keep your account details secure and use accurate registration information. You are responsible for activity on your account and must tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of files and other content you provide. You authorize us and our service providers to process that content as needed to deliver the features you request. Only upload or import content you have the right to use.

Do not use WePDF for unlawful activity, infringe others’ rights, distribute malicious content, bypass usage limits, access someone else’s data, or disrupt the service. Sharing a public document link can make its published content accessible to anyone with that link.

AI answers, translations, transcriptions, and generated study materials may contain mistakes. Review important output and exported files before relying on them. AI output is not professional legal, medical, or financial advice. Keep your own copies of important files.

Current prices and plan allowances are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans are charged in full and renew yearly until canceled. Taxes and the total payable are displayed at checkout. Free credits are separate from a paid trial; paid plans currently have no free trial.

AI features use plan credits. Applicable usage costs and limits are shown in the service. Credits are usage allowances, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for money. We may change future prices or plan features, with notice where required; the checkout and renewal terms applicable to your purchase remain relevant.

Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Purchases are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through Settings → Billing or the subscription link in your Paddle receipt. Cancel before renewal to stop the next recurring charge. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and does not itself issue a refund. See our Refund Policy for requests and applicable rights.

We aim to keep WePDF available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose security risks. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, and we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
